Social Enterprise and Work Club To Improve Lives:
This project is funded by Big Lottery and Community First Newland Ward to support Unemployed, Jobseekers, Lone Parents, and BME communities, University Graduates who are experiencing multiple barriers to access employment and require our help to get over.
We have 5 important stages designed to enable candidates to achieve 50 hours guided learning activities with the aim of achieving our set objectives. We are employing a combined strategic approach by pulling together our resources to get people skilled up for employment opportunities. These include the combination of personal development plan plus in-house back to work training; supervised work placement experience and one-one coaching services. Project will advise on free or subsidised trainings available for unemployed people.

The project will bring people together with the opportunity to share their experiences and learn from other successful applicants. Project will advise on further training opportunities appropriate to your needs which may include;
- Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering
- Level 2 Certificate in Business Administration
- Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration
- Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service
- Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service
- Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading
- Level 3 Certificate in Management
- Care Mandatory Training
